Counselyn Launches as Cyprus's First Private Membership Club for Senior In-House Counsel

Invitation-only forum brings together senior legal leaders operating inside Cyprus-based businesses

Counselyn has launched as the first private membership club designed exclusively for senior in-house counsel based in Cyprus. The club provides a discreet, invitation-only forum for peer exchange, off-the-record discussion, and substantive professional development among lawyers who sit inside businesses and own legal risk at the highest level.

Membership is restricted to senior counsel with a minimum of ten years post-qualification experience, currently holding responsibility for legal risk, governance, compliance, transactions, or board-facing work within a business. Counselyn is not open to private practice lawyers, consultants, or recruiters.

The founding cohort - Charter Members - are drawn from Cyprus's core sectors, including corporate and commercial, fintech, shipping, hospitality, technology, funds, energy, real estate, regulated entities, and multinationals. Charter Members join with a two-year membership fee waiver and will shape the direction and standards of the club from its inception.

Counselyn operates on a single founding principle: to create the trusted information environment in which in-house lawyers do their best thinking. The club's activities include a closed members channel, invitation-only private dinners and roundtables, curated professional development sessions, and members-only access to operational intelligence relevant to in-house legal practice in Cyprus.
