Shaping Counselyn

As Counselyn grows, its direction will be shaped by its members. Working Groups are being established across key areas of in-house practice - giving members the opportunity to contribute, lead, and build the club's programming and intelligence from the inside.

Each Working Group is member-led, focused on a substantive area of in-house practice, and meets on a cadence determined by its members. Participation is voluntary. There is no obligation to join a Working Group, but those who do will have a direct hand in shaping what Counselyn becomes.

All members are invited to express an interest in participating upon induction.
